This place was just what we needed.

The location of the property was marvellous and exceptionally nice as we were not far from the central park and restaurants, close to the central park, and restaurants and the Water Park. Very-very nice staff, provided information if needed...

really enjoyed this small hotel, and we would love to come back. amicable staff and good location next to the center, everything was great. location: the venue was right by main parks and promenade and borjomi park, cable car and touristic street. had brunch in the relax, located nearby.

Nothing it is perfect.

It was new-fashioned, wonderful and with a lovely terras in front. The location of the hotel was central, so close to Borjomi mineral water park as well as the main attractions.

This place has a great central location near the city center, and all the staff here are incredibly helpful and kind.

The hotel's location was exceptionally nice, close to The Bakuriani for short excursion for skiing with a market and stores within walking distance. The entire staff was helpful.

Spacious, had a private bathroom, and just perfect. the food here was delicious, and the staff were really friendly. 😊.

This place is clean, new, and has a private bathroom, as well as a comfortable bed, balcony.

Had a great time here, all thanks to the super friendly and really nice staff. 😊 the double room provided a comfortable sleep and had everything we needed.

The rooms at Borjomi Cottages are cozy and comfortable, with a relaxed seating area where you can unwind. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels is perfect for catching up on your favorite shows. The private bathroom is stocked with lovely free toiletries, and the shower is refreshing. There's even a hairdryer, so you don't have to worry about packing one. as a solo traveler, I felt at home in these rooms.

The only thing I found a bit less appealing was the tile/marble floor in the double room. It's just my personal preference, and I understand that others might find it stylish and elegant.

The room I booked was super spacious and tidy, which was great, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Its location was really convenient and central, which was a big plus. The staff here were all really friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better! 😊

The rooms at Borjomi Cottages are absolutely cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The seating area is perfect for relaxing, and the flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept me entertained. The kitchen and dining area allowed me to prepare my own meals, adding to the convenience. the rooms had a nice homely touch.

Personally, I found the lack of air conditioning in some of the rooms a bit less favorable. But hey, I understand that some people might enjoy the natural breeze.
